Web-Touch Selling Skills Workshop

Web-Touch Selling Skills is a one-day, highly interactive workshop focusing on how to use the powerful, flexible WebEx meeting platform to enable your sales teams to implement two critical sales steps – the needs assessment step and the closing presentation step – over the Internet. Transitioning to a web-based selling environment presents significant revenue generating opportunities for sales representatives and their companies. Several key customer touch points can now significantly improve in quality and quantity, allowing your teams to drive additional pipeline and close deals faster while still protecting your margins.

The Web-Touch Selling Skills workshop uses a practice-driven hands-on multimedia learning approach to skill development. This helps to ensure that each participant will be able to implement at a high skill level when they return to their business environment. The interactive classroom exercises, group and individual activities, role-plays, web cam practice and personal one-on-one coaching will keep the representative fully engaged. By the conclusion of our one-day practice-driven workshop, each sales representative will clearly demonstrate and be able to implement all of the necessary sales and presentation skills to be successful in a web-enabled sales environment.
