Business Etiquette Training Workshop
The art of portraying a poised, self-confident image in
today's demanding business atmosphere is a skill that is much
too often overlooked by many professionals, but not by those
observing and making critical judgments based upon the person’s
communication. Although a large part of the successful image
comes from knowing your particular business, an even greater
part comes from knowing the basics of good manners. Good
manners include everything from building good relationships
and being gracious in social situations to dressing
appropriately for any business setting.
Every contact employees have with other people is a
reflection on the company. Many people, particularly those new
to the business world, have adopted the relaxed standards of
etiquette that are not appropriate in many business and social
situations. As companies are more focused on competing in a
global market, appropriate business etiquette becomes
increasingly important. In some instances, even an
inappropriate introduction could cost a company thousands of
dollars in lost revenue.

“The best part of the program was the part on dining
etiquette. I now have a method to what has been an
uncomfortable situation in the past. I now have confidence
in my dinner mannerisms. I found this training enjoyable and
fun.”
