This class is designed to help
even a seasoned negotiator develop more
confidence and skill in this fast-paced
world of complex negotiations. Taking up
where our acclaimed

Negotiations training class leaves off, our experienced
professional negotiation training
instructors will lead participants
through a highly interactive,
practice-driven program that focuses on
refining their negotiation preparation
skills and taking them to the next
level.
Consultative Selling
Skills: Our most popular sales training course, this intensive,
hands-on, exercise driven program teaches skills that boost sales and
profitability through an increased understanding and implementation of the
need-satisfaction sales process. Participants learn how to concentrate their
focus on each client’s particular situation, needs, vision, the internal
staff who makes all of this possible and other opportunities to increase
business.
Effective Business Writing:
As business becomes more and more global writing skills become more and more
important. Participants in this workshop learn to convey ideas and information with
clarity and precision in memos, letters, reports and other
business correspondence. A personalized approach to writing
based on identifying the audience driven needs enables a clear
concise message to be delivered. This workshop guarantees an improvement in
communication skills and, as a result, increases in
productivity and job satisfaction.
Exceptional Presentations:
Highly personalized presentations training, this workshop will aid all participants in helping to
deliver the message to both internal and external clients so

services over other presenters. Exceptional Presentations will
