Communicating Across Departments
Workshop
In the modern workplace, people are finding an increased need
to communicate more effectively. As business organizations
broaden their scope and become more diverse, employees and
managers will benefit greatly from learning to use the skills
taught in the Communicating Across Departments workshop.
Through the use of group discussion, group and team
exercises, and video taping, participants will learn the
appropriate ways to communicate with peers, as well as with
people outside of their own department. Participants will
learn the importance of being able to communicate effectively
across departments. One of the key factors to achieving this
communications is gaining understanding and respect for the
individuality of all people within your organization.
