  • Plan and schedule a pipeline meeting in a way that will be most effective for each member of your sales team.

  • Use pipeline meetings to document performance, progress and needs for remediation for sales team members.

  • Employ the pipeline meeting as an early warning system to predict needs for sales team member support or correction.

  • Work with sales team members to create appropriate sales quotas.
