Effective Listening Skills

Sales reps generally study very hard to learn all of the wonderful features and advantages of their products and services. However, because of this special knowledge, they often make the mistake of thinking that they are the only ones with important information to share when they are talking to a prospect. This short-sighted approach can cause the sales rep to overlook the most important source of information – the customer.

Our two-hour Effective Listening Skills sales training workshop will equip you to practice the art of active listening.
