The presence of conflict is not what causes problems; rather, it is how the conflict is addressed that can create disruptions in work flow, communication break downs, and stressed relationships. Our professional management training instructors will lead you through an intensive, hands on program that will equip you to manage conflict wisely and responsibly, in a way that can actually strengthen trust and cooperation within the team.
