Exceptional Communication Skills for Sales Managers

  • Identify and understand the applications of the three basic types of communication.

  • Practice the five Cs of effective communication so that the entire sales team gains a shared understanding of the meaning of all messages.

  • Identify and eliminate all barriers to effective communication.

  • Follow the PRAISE model to give and receive effective feedback.
