Exceptional Performance Reviews Workshop

Conducting employee performance reviews is one of the manager’s toughest and most disliked responsibilities. However, since managers are held accountable for the performance of their employees, it is important to approach the process constructively and make the most of it. The evaluation process is usually associated with an official annual face-to-face conversation that can sometimes be awkward and even unpleasant for all parties.
