Exceptional Prioritizing Workshop

Once you determine which goals you want to pursue, and once you have determined which tasks must be performed, you are usually still left with one very important question. Which one comes first? It is perhaps the most overlooked aspect, and certainly one of the most difficult aspects, of time management. Fortunately there is a good solution.

Our two-hour Exceptional Prioritizing course provides attendees with the skills to evaluate different objectives and actions, and plot the most effective order of completion. During the course, Baker senior level instructors will coach attendees in incorporating new factors into existing plans. Throughout the highly interactive training, participants will gain experience with the “ABC” Principle for categorizing activities. The Exceptional Prioritizing workshop provides attendees the skills to make wise selections when overwhelmed with choices.

On-Site Training: can be tailored to the needs of client organization and delivered on-site at time and location of client choice.

Objectives:

Participants will learn to:

  • Use the 4 D’s to quickly eliminate extreme tasks.

  • Prioritize personal and professional items separately and together.

  • Sort items according to The “ABC” Principle for maximum efficiency.

  • Use S.M.A.R.T. Goals to streamline the prioritizing process.
