Account
Development Representative (ADR) - US
The Baker Communication’s Account Development Representatives (ADRs) are
responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales
opportunities for the Baker sales team. The ADR will contribute to the
account development and penetration plans as a key resource dedicated to
qualifying active buying interest and developing opportunities in
established accounts. The ADR will also coordinate with their Sales Rep
counterparts to determine the accounts that require research and
prospecting activities to secure a sufficient flow of additional
qualified opportunities. An implicit responsibility of the ADR is to
conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect
experience that will set the stage for effective sales follow-up, as
well as future product sales.

Territory Manager
We are looking for Territory Managers
that can quickly respond to incoming
leads; in addition, mining into our
existing data base daily. The two
primary objectives of this position are
to develop and close new business
relationships while penetrating all new
and existing accounts- ultimately
creating Strategic Accounts.
Compensation for this position is highly
dependent on individual performance. 75K
(minimum) is possible within the first
year, 200K+ the second year. All
applicants should live in Houston, Texas
and be used to inside sales.

Classroom Facilitator
Baker Communications has over 25 highly successful years
of experience in providing strategic sales training,
management training, sales management training, negotiation
training, time management training and presentation skills.
We offer instruction in both an open enrollment format as
well as on a private scale. Our trainings are conducted
locally, nationally and internationally. We are currently
seeking contract trainers to deliver our training material
to our open enrollment clients and private clients alike.
