Job Description

Baker Communications has over 3 highly successful decades of experience in providing performance improvement systems, tools and skills. Coaches work with sales and services teams leveraging cloud-based tools, our proprietary methodology and exceptional coaching skills to rapidly advance sales and service excellence. All coaching sessions are conducted in the cloud. We are currently seeking contractors to deliver our Coaching in the Cloud™ services to clients worldwide.

A contract trainer for our organization will be required to:

• Become certified on the methodology.
• Be able to deliver coaching services in the cloud using WebEx and other cloud based tools.
• Drive behavior transformation leveraging cloud-based coaching.
• Understand the technical capabilities of salesforce.com
• Provide insight and analytics to our clients based on the results of their field work from coaching sessions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years coaching or coaching-related experience. Strong verbal, technical and facilitation skills are a must. Excellent WebEx delivery skills and salesforce.com skills will be necessary. A background in sales (for Sales Cloud Coaches™) or service (for Service Cloud Coaches™) is required. The candidate must be able to interface with clients of various skill levels and address participants at all levels within an organization. Candidates must also speak fluent Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, or Japanese.
