Coaches work with sales and service teams leveraging cloud-based tools, our proprietary methodology, and exceptional coaching skills to rapidly advance sales and service excellence.
All coaching sessions are conducted remotely. We are currently seeking contractors to deliver our coaching services to clients worldwide.
Role Requirements
- Become certified on the Baker Communications methodology
- Deliver coaching services remotely using WebEx and other cloud-based tools
- Drive behavior transformation leveraging cloud-based coaching
- Understand the technical capabilities of Salesforce.com
- Provide insight and analytics to clients based on results from coaching sessions
- Interface with clients of various skill levels and address participants at all levels within an organization
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 3 years coaching or coaching-related experience
- Strong verbal, technical, and facilitation skills
- Excellent WebEx delivery skills and Salesforce.com experience
- Background in sales (for Sales Coaches) or service (for Service Coaches) required
