Job Opening: Regional Account Managers
Summary: Sell full range of Baker Communications’ capabilities to new and existing clients. Manage and expand current customer relationships. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business issues and industry trends facing prospect and customer organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Generate sales within assigned accounts through prospecting, networking, sales and relationship management.
- Demonstrate business link between Baker Communications’ capabilities and the issues facing a client/organization.
- Responsible for the overall satisfaction and profitability of each client account.
- Qualify all accounts.
- Work with and sell to “C” suite individuals and line management.
- Actively engage in prospecting. Demonstrate a “hunter” mentality.
- Work effectively with internal team members on individual events or large implementations.
- Meet and exceed revenue/quota goals.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen.
- Recognize and interpret verbal and non-verbal behavior of others.
- Communicate clearly and compelling with customers and internal team members.
- Independent worker who takes initiative to make things happen.

Minimum Education Required and Desired:

Bachelor’s degree
required.
- 5-8 years of complex business-to-business sales experience with selling intangible capabilities to Fortune 1000 organizations.

Significant success
selling to new accounts and
expansion of existing accounts.
Track record of quota attainment.
