Joint Venture Planning Workshop
Participants in the Joint Venture seminar use actual and relevant case studies to demonstrate an understanding of the costs and benefits of joint venture and a recipe for executing joint venture projects. The seminar examines in detail the pros and cons of joint ventures, what to look for in a joint venture partner and how to search for joint venture initiatives and partner evaluation and selection is explored from a number of case perspectives.
