Joint Venture Planning Workshop

Participants in the Joint Venture seminar use actual and relevant case studies to demonstrate an understanding of the costs and benefits of joint venture and a recipe for executing joint venture projects. The seminar examines in detail the pros and cons of joint ventures, what to look for in a joint venture partner and how to search for joint venture initiatives and partner evaluation and selection is explored from a number of case perspectives.

The mechanics of developing the needed joint venture agreements will be taught for domestic as well as international joint ventures depending on audience need. The seminar is designed for employees who are responsible for or are members of a joint venture development and execution team.
