engaging activities and videotaped
exercises, our experienced presentations

Objectives:
Participants will learn to:
- How to size up a room and identify high-value contacts
you want to connect with.
- A proven strategy for quickly connecting with and
gaining the interest of a new contact.
- Techniques for using a variety of questioning skills
for uncovering important information without appearing
pushy.
- How to identify different behavioral styles and flex
with each style to maximize rapport.
- Tips for closing the conversation and setting up
follow up appointments.
