Associated Builders and Contractors Goes to Baker Communications For Managing Negotiations Training

The United State’s strongest construction workers association, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) has turned to Baker Communications for specially designed Managing Negotiations training. ABC needed a fully customized negotiations training program to expand the skill set of their leadership teams. ABC wanted the training industry’s leading partner, and soon found what they were looking for in Baker Communications. Following a comprehensive diagnostic interview with ABC team members, Baker training specialists began designing a Managing Negotiations workshop that would give ABC employees powerful, personalized tools and techniques for planning and executing successful Win Win negotiations in any situation.

A Baker Communications’ Managing Negotiations Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor will arrive in Houston, Texas to begin working with ABC team leaders. Participants attending the training event will gain expertise identifying and working with proven negotiation techniques such as the Four Behavioral Styles, in order to communicate effectively with all parties during any negotiation. During the Managing Negotiations training workshop, participants will also master other important negotiations skills such as identifying and neutralizing the most powerful and common Negotiations Tactics such as Deadline, Missing Person, Flinch and Moral Appeal.
