Baker Communications Delivering Exceptional Customer Service Training for TIAA-CREF

They had been seeking an experienced, flexible training partner with the ability to customize content and provide a solution that could be licensed and rolled out internally to a large distributed population. During this highly interactive workshop, participants gain practical experience using strategies such as the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them work toward resolution of client issues.
