Baker Communications Delivers Exceptional Customer Service Training To Polyair

Polyair, an industry leader in synthetic packing solutions, has turned to Baker Communications to assist them in completely revamping their customer service department. Polyair plans to roll out a redesigned customer service initiative at all of their locations, and they want their customer service reps to engage more proactively in the overall sales process. To facilitate such a comprehensive makeover, it is critical to have the perfect training partner. After contacting Baker Communications, Polyair concluded that Baker’s Exceptional Customer Service training would give their team members the know-how and the attitude to successfully implement the new initiative.


A Baker Communications Senior Level Instructor and Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert will arrive at the company offices in Toronto, Ontario to start coaching Polyair team members. Attendees at this intensive customer service training workshop will develop practical skills in key customer service strategies such as Active Listening to be able to thoroughly understand customer needs and issues. Participants in the Exceptional Customer Service training workshop will also learn to master the use of the 3 F’s (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts, and Finding Solutions) method, an easy-to-use system for addressing customer feelings and concerns to help the customer feel understood and appreciated.
