Baker Communications’ Exceptional Sales Management Workshop Selected By Inmarsat

Inmarsat, the world's leading provider of global mobile satellite communications, is working with Baker Communications to set up an Exceptional Sales Management workshop for its Latin American team. The class will focus on providing key team members with the skills to more effectively manage sales teams while focusing on revenue targets as a division and as a company. This workshop is the third session Baker has delivered for the Inmarsat Latin America team; previously, the group has benefited from Baker’s Exceptional Presentations and Time Management training. When a new training need arose, Inmarsat was quick to return to the industry experts.

A Senior Level Instructor and Sales Management Expert from Baker Communications will meet with Inmarsat team members in Miami to train and coach Latin America sales team members. Participants in this hands-on, highly interactive sales training event will learn and practice powerful sales management skills such as working with various Behavioral Styles, to more effectively communicate with sales team members. Attendees will also master critical sales management techniques such as identifying and leveraging individual employees’ motivational profiles, helping their team members achieve a greater level of productivity and job satisfaction.
