Baker Communications Rolls Out Communications Training for Dole Foods
Dole Foods, a world leader in food

Communications to craft a specialized
Communications training course for their
customer service personnel. This was the
second year in a row that Dole Food's
selected Baker as the provider for
customer service training for its annual
training event held in Costa Rica.

travel to Costa Rica to provide Dole

convey ideas consistently and
confidently. Attendees at the training
course will also master working with
Verbal, Vocal, and Visual Communication
to gain a full understanding of how
information is weighed by listeners.
