Baker Communications Selected to Provide Win-Win Negotiations Training for Novartis

Novartis, a leading global healthcare solutions company, has contracted with Baker Communications to provide Win-Win Negotiations training for staff in various departments. Novartis has partnered with Baker for previous training.  Baker’s experience with the health care industry, best-of-breed training course content and client-oriented approach has led to great success in prior engagements, leading Novartis to return to Baker to meet their current negotiations training needs.
 

A Baker Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will travel to Parsipanny, New Jersey to lead the training session for Novartis employees. Participants in this highly interactive two-day negotiations training event will learn and practice recognizing a number of negotiation styles, strategies and tactics, helping them to stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process. Agents attending the negotiations training workshop will also learn about the importance of employing effective concession strategies, planning ahead, and setting appropriate expectations, preparing workshop participants to more effectively negotiate in any situation.
