Allied Medical Center has requested that Baker Communications design and deliver customized Exceptional Customer Service training to their customer service representatives. Allied Medical sought a training partner with experience serving the healthcare industry and a program that would help the Allied Medical customer service staff deliver the highest quality to their customers. An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Oklahoma City to work with Allied Medical customer service representatives. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will gain practical experience using strategies such as the 3 Fs Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them work toward resolution of customers’ issues. Attendees of the Exceptional Customer Service training workshop will learn and practice using effective customer service techniques such as Empathy and Active Listening to quickly establish rapport with customers, communicating a sense of understanding and respect.

About Allied Medical Center

In May 2000 Dr. Brent Siemens opened the Allied Medical Center, a Family Medical Practice, in Bethany, OK to provide healthcare to an underserved area. By 2003, it was clear that many clinic patients had to seek treatment without financial healthcare assistance. Whether uninsured or underinsured, most of them had neither access to Medicaid or the advantage of traditional health insurance. Clinic management launched research to identify options for providing the community with affordable healthcare.

In March 2005, the Allied Medical Membership was born. Beginning with services in the Bethany/Northwest Oklahoma City clinic, the plan expanded throughout the Oklahoma City metropolitan area to make individual and family healthcare truly affordable.
