An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will meet with Premier MSS customer service representatives to deliver the workshop. During this highly interactive customer service training seminar, participants will gain practical experience using customer service techniques such as Active Listening and Empathy to quickly establish rapport with customers, communicating a sense of understanding and respect.
