Bridgestone representatives met with Baker representatives and found the Exceptional Customer Service course to be a perfect fit for their improved customer service needs. Baker instructors conducted advance briefings to ensure that the course material was comprehensive and suited to the client’s requirements.
An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Covington, Georgia to work with Bridgestone Golf customer service team members. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will gain practical experience using effective customer service techniques, such as Active Listening, to quickly establish rapport with their customers and work toward finding solutions for their issues. Attendees of the Exceptional Customer Service training workshop will also gain expertise at communicating with different personality types and handling angry individuals, allowing them to deal effectively with even the most difficult customer service calls.
