DAN-LOC Selects Baker Communications for Exceptional Customer Service Training

DAN-LOC wanted a training program that that targeted their specific needs and circumstances. A Baker Communications senior level instructor will meet with DAN-LOC’s sales team at their Houston, Texas office. During the two day seminar, participants will gain experience in techniques such as they 3 F’s format for serving unhappy customers. Throughout the highly interactive course, new and experienced team members will receive hands-on practice working with different Behavioral Styles to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
