Eurecat Selects Baker Communications for Exceptional Customer Service Training

Eurecat, a prominent catalyst provider for oil refineries, gas processing facilities, petrochemical and chemical plants, has chosen Baker Communications’ proven Exceptional Customer Service training for their customer service team. Eurecat wanted to provide a higher level of customer service to the refinery clients who interfaced with their customer-facing teams. A Baker Communications Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor will meet with customer-facing Eurecat employees. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will learn how to identify and relate to different personality types and Behavioral Styles, helping them address the needs of individual clients in a personal and comprehensive way. Attendees will also gain experience using tools and strategies such as Active Listening and the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them quickly establish rapport with clients and work toward effective resolution of customer issues.
