A Baker Communications senior level instructor with years of industry experience will travel to Charlotte, North Carolina to personally interact with Evergreens’ sales teams. The two day Exceptional Management Skills training will help participants improve skills in areas such as Evaluation and Communication. During the highly interactive seminar, both new and experienced managers will receive hands-on practice with tools to increase effectiveness in Motivation and Delegation. Baker Communications was able to work with Evergreen to fully integrate Exceptional Management Skills training into Evergreen’s existing management development program.
