Frontier Dental Management Receives Management Coaching Skills from Baker Communications

Frontier Dental Management, California’s leading name in dental practice management, has chosen Baker Communications to deliver Management Coaching Skills training to their team. Baker Communications will send a Senior Level Instructor and Management Coaching Skills Expert to Los Angeles, California to work with Frontier Dental Management teams. Throughout this training event, attendees will gain experience with valuable, proven management skills such as Delegation, to distribute and manage overwhelming tasks, and Behavioral Styles, a way of understanding the unique needs, strengths and motivations of each of their employees. Participants in the interactive training workshop will also receive tools for conducting employee evaluations in order to eliminate unproductive areas and uncover opportunities to excel.
