Garden of Life Selects Baker Communications for Telephone Selling Skills Training

Garden of Life, a leading supplier of vitamin supplements, probiotics, and other natural health products, has selected Baker Communications to design and deliver Telephone Selling Skills training to their sales team. Garden of Life was searching for a training partner who could help their telesales staff enhance their selling skills. After meeting with representatives from Baker Communications for an interview and needs analysis, Garden of Life reviewed the content of Baker’s Telephone Selling Skills course and concluded that they had found a training partner with the material and the client-centered focus they were seeking.

A Baker Communications Senior-Level Instructor and Telephone Selling Skills Expert will travel to Florida to coach Garden of Life’s telesales team. Telesales representatives participating in this hands-on, intensive sales training workshop will practice the use of sales skills such as the use of Open, Closed, Clarifying and Confirming questions to gain a clear understanding of their customers’ needs and goals. Participants will also learn how to handle various obstacles that occur in the sales process, including the four main types of objections, as well as the disinterested or “I Don’t Care” customer, by drawing out and addressing their underlying problems and fears.
