Telesales representatives participating
in this hands-on, intensive sales
training workshop will practice the use
of sales skills such as the use of Open,
Closed, Clarifying and Confirming
questions to gain a clear understanding
of their customers’ needs and goals.
Participants will also learn how to
handle various obstacles that occur in
the sales process, including the four
main types of objections, as well as the
disinterested or “I Don’t Care”
customer, by drawing out and addressing
their underlying problems and fears.
