Kiewit Asks Baker Communications to Construct Effective Interviewing Skills Training

Kiewit, one of the most respected and successful engineering and construction corporations in the U.S., has turned to Baker Communications to design Effective Interviewing Skills training for their sales teams. Kiewit decided they should seek formal training to improve their questioning skills when meeting with custsomers. After working closely to understand Kiewit’s situation, Baker consultants were able to design an Effective Interviewing Skills workshop that will give Kiewit sales teams the tools to drill down to the heart of their clients’ goals and needs.


A Senior-Level Instructor and Effective Interviewing Expert from Baker Communications will travel to Concord, California to coach Kiewit sales teams. Throughout the training workshop, attendees will master indispensable interviewing techniques such as Active Listening in order to track behavior and uncover hidden information. The Effective Interviewing Skills training workshop will also allow participants to gain expertise with fundamental interviewing skills such as Open and Closed Questions, and clarifying and confirming answers in order to secure quality information and continue building rapport and trust with clients.
