Throughout the training workshop, attendees will master indispensable interviewing techniques such as Active Listening in order to track behavior and uncover hidden information. The Effective Interviewing Skills training workshop will also allow participants to gain expertise with fundamental interviewing skills such as Open and Closed Questions, and clarifying and confirming answers in order to secure quality information and continue building rapport and trust with clients.
