Lamons Gasket Returns To Baker Communications for Managerial Coaching Skills Training

Lamons Gasket, a global leader in gasket and bolt manufacture, has once more picked Baker Communications as their training program partner. After working with Baker Communications on multiple training ventures, including management training, Lamons Gasket has asked Baker to design a third Managerial Coaching Skills training course for their team leaders. Lamons Gasket wanted to retain all of the previous course content while expanding it to address specific concerns and foster company growth. Baker Communications worked closely with Lamons Gasket to customize a program that would address these specific needs and give their team leaders the skills to organize, delegate and act more efficiently.

Lamons Gasket leaders will meet with a Baker Communications’ Senior Level Instructor and Exceptional Management Skills Expert in Houston, Texas. Participants in the training course will become experts in the Five Cs of Communication (Clarity, Complete, Concise, Concrete and Correct) to maximize efficiency on all tasks. During the Management Coaching Skills training event, attendees will also gain a complete understanding of the key steps of Delegation (Define, Identify, Instruct, Inspect) in order to apply personnel resources most effectively, allowing more work to be accomplished by the team while freeing the manager to focus on critical concerns.
