A Baker senior level instructor will meet with Linc’s personal at their offices in Austin, Texas. During the highly interactive, two day workshop, attendees will receive hands-on practice in techniques such as the 3 F’s format for dealing with unhappy clients, as well as training in Behavioral Styles, in order to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
