Linc Facility Services Selects Baker Communications for Exceptional Customer Service Training

Linc Facility Services, a long time leader in facility management, has chosen Baker Communications to deliver Exceptional Customer Service training to their electricians and maintenance teams. Linc needed a training partner who could accommodate their strict scheduling requirements. After speaking with one of Baker’s professional training consultants, it was immediately clear that an Exceptional Customer Service training workshop could be fully customized within the shortest possible turn around.

A Baker senior level instructor will meet with Linc’s personal at their offices in Austin, Texas. During the highly interactive, two day workshop, attendees will receive hands-on practice in techniques such as the 3 F’s format for dealing with unhappy clients, as well as training in Behavioral Styles, in order to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
