Mikron Selects Baker Communications For Time and Territory Management Training
Mikron Assembly Technology has selected
Baker Communications to help them
enhance the Time and Territory
Management skills of their outside and
inside sales teams. Each Mikron sales
rep maintains an extremely large
territory. Currently, Mikron’s U.S.
sales teams face territory challenges
not encountered by the company’s much
larger European operation. Mikron wants
to give their experienced U.S. sales
team members advanced time and territory
management tools and skills to
streamline their processes and help them
cover a larger area and assist more
clients without increasing their total
time investment. After contacting a
Baker Communications needs assessment
specialist, it was immediately clear
that Baker’s Time and Territory
Management training program could be
structured and delivered to meet
Mikron’s unique needs.
A Baker Communications Senior-Level
Instructor, who is a Time and Territory
Management Expert, will travel to
Mikron’s U.S. headquarters in Aurora,
Colorado to coach Mikron’s sales teams.
Throughout this interactive training
event, participants will gain experience
with a host of skills such as crafting
S.M.A.R.T. Goals to ensure that they
will be able to achieve all of their
important performance targets.
Participants will also receive personal
coaching in a host of other proven
techniques, including a thorough
understanding of the 4 D’s (Dump, Do,
Delegate, Defer) system and how to use
it to leverage time to finish more high
value tasks, more often, without
expending extra amounts of time.
