A Senior Level Baker Instructor and Management Expert will travel New York City to meet with NEST managers and deliver the training. In this interactive management training event, participants will gain an understanding of both personal behavioral styles and individual motivational needs, enabling them to better communicate with and motivate the employees under their direction. Attendees of the workshop will also learn how to utilize key management strategies such as effective delegation and timely performance evaluations, resulting in improved planning, better feedback, and more efficient processes.
