Baker’s continued success with SBM Atlantia’s training needs has led them to engage Baker for a series of open-enrollment employee workshops. Courses offered include Exceptional Management Skills, Leadership Skills, Time Management, Dealing with Difficult People, Effective Leadership Skills for Non-Managers, Exceptional Presentations, Exceptional Coaching, Communication and Listening Skills, Win-Win Negotiations and Advanced Negotiations seminars. Workshops will be available to SBM Atlantia employees and managers via open enrollment through SBM’s training department. Participants will have the opportunity to acquire and practice proven techniques to improve their management, communication, and negotiations skill sets, increasing their efficiency and effectiveness in work and in life.

A select group of Baker Communications Senior-Level Instructors and subject-matter experts will meet with SBM Atlantia employees in Houston. Employees who enroll in these intensive training workshops will gain knowledge and experience in a range of communication, leadership and management fundamentals, enabling them to better organize and manage their daily work, special projects, and teams. Techniques for recognizing and communicating effectively with different personality types, motivating employees, and planning negotiation strategies will enhance participants’ interpersonal communication and negotiations skills.
