A Baker Communications Senior Level Instructor and Crisis Media Expert will travel to Fairlawn, New Jersey to meet with Sandvik site managers. During the highly interactive workshop, the instructor will personally coach Sandvik team members in identifying and overcoming the most common crisis media challenges. Throughout the course, attendees will gain experience using critical Crisis Media delivery strategies such as Bridging, to control the direction of the information and keep the media working for them, while learning what to say – and what not to say – to make sure that accurate, actionable information is available to the media in crisis situations.
