The Poet Companies Selects Baker Communications for Customer Service Training
The Poet Companies (formerly Broin),
a leader in ethanol energy technologies,
has selected Baker Communications to
provide Customer Service Training to its
IT support staff. As energy experts,

Service workshop, Poet IT support staff

instructor will arrive at the home of
Poet’s headquarters in Sioux Falls,
South Dakota to engage the IT support
