Ultimate Gymnastics Selects Baker Communications for Exceptional Customer Service Training

Ultimate Gymnastics, one of the largest gymnastic schools in the United States, has requested that Baker Communications present their one-day Exceptional Customer Service training seminar for their office and coaching staff. Ultimate’s owner was seeking a customer service workshop to help the staff refine and reinforce their customer service skills. Baker was able to provide a local instructor who understood the nature of their business. Ultimate Gymnastics office staff, trainers and coaches will benefit from expert instruction and a world-class customer service training curriculum.
 

An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Gurnee, Illinois to deliver the workshop for Ultimate coaches and staff members. During this intensive customer service skills workshop, participants will gain practical experience using proven customer service strategies such as the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them resolve customer issues. Attendees of the Exceptional Customer Service training workshop will also learn and practice recognizing and interacting with different personality types, and using effective techniques such as Empathy and Active Listening to quickly establish rapport and communicate understanding and respect.
