Ultimate Software was in need of a training partner who had the flexibility to deliver a Time Management seminar for their National Meeting. Workshop attendees will also learn to use time-leveraging tools such as the Urgent vs. Important Principle, which will help them recognize and eliminate time-wasting activities and open up time to focus on goal-oriented tasks, thereby increasing their productivity.
