Warner Music Group Signs Baker Communications for Win-Win Negotiations Training
The world’s largest and most successful music label, Warner Music Group, has selected Baker Communications to deliver Win-Win Negotiations training to their key account managers. Warner Music did not become the largest name in the music industry by leaving the details to chance. However, maintaining such a high level of success requires constant training. Warner Music wants to make sure their account managers have a complete, up-to-date toolbox of powerful techniques to rely on when entering into important negotiations. They quickly discovered that Baker Communications is the definitive name in negotiations training. After doing a little research, Warner Music was confident that Baker could customize Win-Win Negotiations training to give account managers the skills they need and the confidence to use them immediately in any type of negotiation.
A Baker Communications Senior Level Instructor who is a Win-Win Negotiations Training Expert will travel to Oak Brook, Illinois to coach Warner Music’s account managers. During the highly interactive training event, participants will gain expertise handling the most common and difficult negotiations tactics such as Competition, Missing Person and Limits. They will also develop a thorough understanding of each critical step in the negotiation process, and receive training in proven skills to successfully accomplish each step. Throughout the training course, attendees will receive hands on practice using specific negotiation strategies, including BATNA (Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement) and Wish – Aspiration – Bottom Line, in order to understand options and adjust strategies as negotiations unfold.
