World Courier wanted to give their team members the skills to effectively present difficult technical material in an informative and persuasive manner. Baker’s Exceptional Presentations training event will provide World Courier’s personnel with a complete toolbox for planning and conducting all levels of presentation.

Two Baker Communications Senior Level Instructors and Exceptional Presentations Experts will travel to Long Island, New York to begin working with World Courier personnel. Throughout this highly interactive, hands on presentation training course, participants will gain experience using proven presentations techniques such as the Four P’s to effectively match their manner to their message. Also, during the Exceptional Presentations training workshop, attendees will develop critical presentation skills such as how to enhance Body Language and Visual Aids to compliment and reinforce the spoken information. During the Exceptional Presentations training course, attendees will undergo one-on-one coaching by way of 10 recorded video sessions to assess their performance and design personal strategies for presentation improvement.
