Spansion Elects Baker Communications to Present Exceptional Customer Service Training

Spansion wanted a training partner that was as flexible and reliable as they were. A senior level Baker instructor will meet with the Spansion team at their Austin, Texas office. During the two-day seminar, attendees will gain hands-on experience in techniques such as the 3 F’s format for interacting with unhappy customers. Throughout the highly interactive course, participants will practice working with different Behavioral Styles to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers.
