Adriene
brings over ten years of training
experience into the classroom as an
instructor for Baker Communications. She
began her career in the Banking and
Financial Services industry with
Wachovia National Bank formerly, First
Union National Bank. After experiencing
success in branch management and sales,
Adriene was promoted to Corporate Sales
Training Specialist for the Mid-Atlantic
Region. During her tenure in sales
training, she designed and delivered
numerous training programs including
Telephone Sales, Sale Academy,
Situational Leadership, Managerial
Coaching, and Branch Licensing Series 6
& 63. Adriene also worked for Glaxo
SmithKline Pharmaceutical as an
executive pharmaceutical consultant
where she experienced tremendous sales
success and was then promoted to
Regional Mentor & Sales Trainer.
Becoming a regional
trainer gave Adriene the opportunity to
revisit her passion for training and
development. This rewarding experience
introduced selling skills and product
knowledge to new hires and mentored them
throughout their pharmaceutical careers.

Adriene holds a B.A. in
Political Science and Communications
from Randolph-Macon Woman's College in
Lynchburg, VA. She is currently working
on a Masters degree in Exercise Science.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia,
Adriene and her husband have recently
moved to Texas.
