Christie is responsible for Sales Force Automation and Marketing initiatives for Baker Communications. She brings extensive experience implementing automation and performance improvement systems for global enterprises through the customization and acceleration of user adoption for software implementations packages including SAP, Salesforce.com and Maximizer.

Prior to joining Baker Communications, Christie was a Sr. SAP Systems Analyst for Reliant Energy, one of the world's largest power producers. In her role at Reliant she was responsible for assessing business unit process requirements and system configuration for a corporate wide SAP implementation.

Before joining Reliant Energy, Christie worked on a SWAT project team for Hewlett-Packard responsible for mapping various business processes including customer collaboration and vendor managed inventory and model those requirements into SAP system specifications and configuration for the corporate consumer products division.

Prior to her assignment at HP, Christie was instrumental in assessing, re-designing, automating and implementing the sales processes for VerticalNet. Her work on these projects automated sales tasks, removed unnecessary steps from the sales cycle, decreased non-customer facing time and increased the amount of time each sales representative spent selling. Ultimately the new sales processes and systems put in place enabled these organizations to significantly increase revenue without having to increase headcount.

Christie graduated from The University of Houston Downtown with degrees in Finance and Computer Information Systems.
