Christina Humphries, Director of Performance Improvement
As a Partner and Director of Performance Enhancement
with Baker Communications Inc., Christina has worked
with such prestigious clients as Texas Instruments,
Advanced Micro Devices, Sysco Food Systems, National
Oilwell, TransOcean, Bank of America, FreeMarkets, and
many others. She specializes in communication skills,
behavioral style profiling and sales and negotiations
processes to help organizations enhance business
processes, image in the market place, and improve
overall profitability of the company. Christina is a
Consultant that conducts analysis, diagnosis and
implementation of training and one-on-one feedback and
coaching to deliver these results. Most recently, she is
continuing to research Behavioral Styles, Gender and
Diversity Communication, and Negotiation Techniques.
Before joining the Baker
team, Christina completed an internship in the oil and
gas industry, and worked in the education and banking
sectors to enhance individuals’ understanding of and
effective use of good communication. She has a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Business
Administration from Texas A&M University. At Texas A&M,
Christina was Vice President of Fraternity Relations of
Alpha Chi Omega, and active Golden Key Honors student,
and volunteered at Phoebe’s Home working with neglected
and abused women and children.

Christina is a member of
the Texas A&M Association of Former Students, The 12th
Man Foundation, and the Golden Key Honor Society.
Christina participates in Susan G. Komen Foundation
which helps fund the search for the Cure to Breast
Cancer. She also volunteers at Texas Children’s Hospital
in the Child Oncology Center. Christina lives in
Houston, Texas where she can be close to her family and
friends, and enjoys the beauty and culture Houston
offers.
