David Haynes, Senior
Trainer
 David has an impressive history of experience in
various energy industry operations and technologies.
He is the primary facilitator for all energy
industry-related workshops offered by Baker
Communications including Wellhead to Burner Tip,
Electric Power Marketing, Concepts of Risk Management,
and Trading Room Negotiations, among others.
His professional background consists of
work in various capacities of the energy and natural
gas industries since he first began at United Gas
Pipeline Company in 1984. Over a career of 15 years,
David has realized success in virtually every facet of
natural gas marketing and operations. His managerial
responsibilities have included: Gas Control,
Transportation & Exchange, Day Trading, Long Term
& Spot Gas Marketing, Retail Commercial Gas Sales
(Northeast U.S.) and Facilities Consultant. He
acquired this variety of experience while working for
large corporations such as United, Pennzoil Gas
Marketing Co. (PGMC), Penn Union Energy Services,
Columbia Energy Services and Altra Energy
Technologies.
David's charismatic leadership and interpersonal
strengths have enhanced his abilities as a group
facilitator, and he has become certified to lead and
instruct Win-Win Negotiations, Value-Added Selling,
Super Selling Skills, and Teambuilding. Clients who
have benefited from David's classroom expertise are:

David is also an avid music lover and enjoys
catching live performances by local musicians. In his
free time he enjoys various sporting activities,
including rock climbing and martial arts.
