Communications, Gayle discovered her
passion for training and development
while working for several Fortune 500
companies as a Human Resources and
Organizational Development Professional.
Gayle began her career with Bank One and
delivered numerous training and
development programs including
Managerial Coaching Facilitation,
Prevention of Sexual Harassment (The
Issue is Respect-Forum program), pay for
performance programs, and numerous
banking/lending programs. Gayle has also
worked for Coca-Cola Bottling Company,
R.R. Donnelley & Sons, and Corporate
Express in the position of Human
Resources Director developing and
delivering strong Human Resources and
Organizational Development Initiatives.
As Human Resources and
Organizational Development Professional,
she built and coached high-performance,
cross-functional teams which achieved a
50% increase in revenue, 1.5M in cost
savings, substantial market share growth
and 15% positive improvement in climate
engagement survey. Both Bank One and
Corporate Express had numerous mergers
and acquisitions which Gayle spearheaded
through defining and blending
organizational cultures, keying on each
company’s best practices, and overcoming
resistance to change.
In addition, Gayle has
an excellent background in sales which
includes advertising sales and selling
instructor-lead training programs for
public and private seminars.

Gayle is a graduate of
Lamar University with a degree in
Business and Education and is certified
as a Senior Professional in Human
Resources (SHRM). She is currently
pursuing her Masters in Organizational
Development from Fielding Institute in
Santa Barbara California.
