Jim Rogers, Senior Consultant
Jim has over twenty years’ experience in the fields of Human
Resources, Change Management, and Organization Development and
eighteen years of experience in Workforce Diversity.
Partnering with executives and senior management, he has
provided consulting services to managers at all levels
regarding organization change management and utilization of
existing resources. Jim’s clients have included Fortune 50
manufacturers, financial institutions, non-profit
organizations, municipalities, high-tech companies and the oil
and gas industry.
Jim has an outstanding reputation for designing, developing,
and delivering experiential training solutions, and is a
nationally recognized advocate of workforce diversity. He has
designed and facilitated innovative culture change strategies
to help organizations create environments that maximize the
business and personal contributions of all employees. He has
been the keynote speaker at many conferences and workshops and
has designed and facilitated community change sessions in
Leadership Greensboro, Leadership Memphis, and in Portsmouth,
Virginia.
Jim’s consulting and training solutions include
leadership and staff development, executive retreats and
coaching, culture assessment/change management, team building,
strategic planning, future search conferences, business
process analysis and redesign, and all aspects of human
resources consulting and diversity implementation and
training.
He has a B.S. in Education from Towson State University and
a Masters degree in Organization Development from Johns
Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. His thought
leadership was accepted as a part of the 1995 publication of
the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD)
entitled, The American Advantage: Tools for a Diverse
Workforce published by McGraw-Hill. His writings were also
published in the American Management Association article
Diversity Training: A Competitive Weapon in 1996, and in the
American Marketing Association article Marketing to Women: Not
a Niche Market Anymore in 2001.
Jim brings a wealth of experience and common sense
consulting to his clients. He is a skilled facilitator and
change management consultant who understands the connection
between personal growth and organization development.
