a Training Consultant with Baker
Communications, Joseph has worked with
individuals in multiple levels of
organizations and industries such as
Capital One and the sales consulting
world. His students consistently provide
him with high marks and excellent
feedback based on his ability to meet
individual needs and goals. Prior to
working with Baker Communications,
Joseph worked in the collegiate
recruiting industry (NCSA), where he
worked as Director of Customer Service
and then later, Director of Sales.
From that point, he
created, planned, implemented and led
the organizations’ first online sales
team, which in turn, increased the
company’s profits by 50% by the second
full year. By the division’s third year,
Joseph was a leading a staff of over
forty and responsible for 80% of the
company’s gross revenue!
In addition to managing,
Joseph’s other focus has been in
training, where he again developed and
executed new and unique training
material and led classes for new and
current sales and operations staff.
Joseph’s passion is to learn, lead and
train others to do the same.

Joseph, originally from
Houston, attended Texas Tech University
and the University of Houston, earning a
B.S. in Science and Business
Administration. He now resides in
Chicago.
